The 9^th International Conference on Metaheuristics and Nature Inspired Computing META will held at Marrakech in Morocco, Nov 01-04, 2023 (onsite and online participation). All accepted papers in categories S1 and S2 will be published in the proceedings that will be available at the conference. In addition, selected S2 papers will be published in Springer CCIS series book (SCOPUS, DBLP, ... indexed). Several special issues of journals are planned to be published. Participants will be invited to submit extended versios of their work for consideration.

META is one of the most popular conference focusing in the area of metaheuristics and their applications. As in the previous six editions, META will provide an opportunity to the international research community in metaheuristics for optimization and machine learning to discuss recent research results, to develop new ideas and collaborations, and to meet researchers from diverse countries in a friendly and excellent atmosphere.

META welcomes submissions that cover any aspects of metaheuristic research such as new algorithmic design and implementation, real-life and academic applications in science and industry, theoretical developments, and experimental analysis. META strives for a high-quality program completed by a number of tutorials, workshops and special  sessions.
